Did this workout today, except probably about 2.5 miles.
Tough Mudder Day 2

Diet for the day:
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 banana
1/2 whole wheat english muffin with spread
tea with splenda and milk

protein shake with fruit and spinach

salad with steak and apple

apple and protein bar

chili with baked potato and salad
